Who is Eau Claire Distillery?

Eau Claire Distillery is located just outside of Calgary, in Turner Valley, AB, where they make premium, hand crafted spirits. ‘From farm to glass’, Eau Claire produces award winning spirits, including gin, vodka and whisky. WineCollective is proud to partner with Eau Claire to deliver an artisanal cocktail experience to our members.

What is in a Cocktail Caddy?

A ‘Cocktail Caddy’ contains all the fixings and instructions to create a couple of perfectly crafted seasonal cocktails. The Holiday edition features one of the most elusive spirits on the market - a 375ml bottle of Christmas Gin - it will be sold out before you know it! Plus, you’ll receive 2 copper mugs, stir stick, Eau Claire’s limited edition tonic, and artisanal shrubs (Raspberry Rose and Spiced Plum).

How do I purchase a Cocktail Caddy?

Place your gift order through winecollective.eauclairedistillery.ca. The checkout process will guide you through the purchase, asking for all of the information we need in order to ship your gift. If you would like to order the Cocktail Caddy for yourself, simply use your shipping information in the receiver fields.

How am I billed?

All orders are transacted at the time of purchase through WineCollecitve. The Holiday Cocktail Caddy is a one-time shipment. WineCollective has very high privacy standards; we will never sell your information, ever. Read more in our Privacy Policy. WineCollective.ca’s purchase system is secured with SSL encryption, look for the picture of a lock in your browser during checkout. We do not store your credit card information on file.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have selected and paid for your Cocktail Caddy, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.

How is my order shipped?

Cocktail Caddies are shipped out weekly (weather permitting). This means that you will be able to receive your Caddy in time to enjoy over the holidays. We can’t guarantee delivery prior to December 25th. We suggest ordering before December 5th, if you would like your gift to be delivered prior to Christmas.

Your Cocktail Caddy will be shipped in our secure and discreet packaging, with polystyrene inserts, to ensure the ultimate safety of your gift.

Base shipping is included in the package price. Additional shipping charges may be applied during checkout, based on recipient’s postal code. Surcharges will appear prior to finalizing your order.

Deliveries are made during business hours, we suggest providing a business or daytime address that is convenient for the receiver. By law, all packages must be signed for by an adult.

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes, if you live in Calgary, or frequent the city. You will be notified by email when your package is available to pick-up at our store Highfield by WineCollective, located at #22,1259 Highfield Cres. SE.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Our custom built polystyrene packing rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the product’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to  thecellar@winecollective.ca within 30 days of receiving your shipment, and we will happily work out a solution with you.
